Job Description
• Facilitate effective communication in Front desk and Translation between patient as well healthcare team members to assist the guest upon their visit to the clinic and to handle all enquiries throughout their visit in a friendly and effective manner.
• Assist in Billing, generate invoices, maintain daily scrolls, provide Cash/ Credit / Insurance / Corporate billing and discount information to customers
• Complete the registration process in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist the doctors for translation during OP Consultation, preparing report and patient summary
Requirements:
• Should have good experience in Patient relations/Reception/Guest service
• Should have experience in Healthcare sector based in UAE
• Should have Bachelor/diploma qualification
• Should have good communication skills
